We are on a selection of very well-established frameworks that are a key route to market. In addition, TBG are on several Dynamic purchasing systems.
Listed below are the Frameworks we have been awarded places on. Each Framework you will see has its own description and we are very happy to work with you using your preferred platform.
South East Consortium
Our procurement frameworks cover a range of works and services – and connect you to a variety of suppliers ready to deliver your projects. They’re free to access and any public sector organisation can benefit from our offer. Each time you contact us we’ll deliver a service that makes procurement easy, provides you with options, and creates value – every time.
Highlights -
Our heating and water hygiene framework is designed to support public sector organisations – including housing, health care and education providers. It covers the installation, supply and maintenance of domestic and commercial heating systems. It also covers your water hygiene remedial works. It’s split into four lots: Combined lot (for contracts covering both domestic and commercial heating), Domestic Heating, Commercial Heating and Water Hygiene (Remedial Works). Any publicly funded body can access the framework for free – and we’ll be able to support you throughout the procurement process.

NHM
Launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum by industry leaders, the not-for-profit organisation, frameworx, is offering something new, including a competitive maximum fee of 1.5%, an established and engaged supply chain, and investment into initiatives like social value, training, and benchmarking.
Highlights -
There are two frameworks for Heating Services, one for Direct Award and one for Mini-Competition. Each of the frameworks is broken down into 3 workstreams: Domestic Heating Appliances and Installations Servicing, Maintenance and Installations.
