Privacy Notice

The T Brown Group provides building facility services, installation, maintenance and repair of heating equipment to a variety of clients, including Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Social Landlords. In the course of our work we receive and store personal data from our clients on the purpose of attending customers’ homes. This data is limited, for example name, address and telephone numbers for the purpose of contact. T Brown Group holds no liability for any unrelated data being shared by our clients as their data processors.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of personal data. We have updated our policies and procedures to reflect the changes in data protection law required by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that came into force on the 25th May 2018.

Subject Access Requests

T Brown Group has processes in place to ensure that it can facilitate any request made by an individual to exercise their rights under data protection law.

All requests will be considered without undue delay and within one month of receipt as far as possible.

Visiting our website

The T Brown Group website does not give the visitor access to any of our services or computer files. Nor does our website undertake any of the following activities.

It does not:
• Collect any personal data
• Process any information received
• Undertake any automated decision making or profiling
• Store any data received
• Share any data with third parties
• Enable any information to be transferred to another country.

The web site is therefore not involved in any activities that collect, process or store any personal data as described in the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
