Customer Care Agent

 

Overview of Role:

As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you will be at the front-line of our exceptional team who ensure that our social housing customers are kept warm and comfortable throughout the year. Our Customer Care Team deliver inbound and outbound telephone support and assistance to our customers and, with the backup of our technical experts, help to solve their problems.

Salary & Benefits:
  • £24,000 starting salary
  • Flexible hours available working between Monday – Sunday, 5 days out of 7 rotations
  • 25 plus 8 days Bank Holiday (incremental with years’ service)

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
  • Good level of spoken English
  • Experience of working in a multi-sited company
  • Experience of High Volume High pressure environments
  • Inbound call/service centre experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Able to resolve problems quickly and smoothly
