As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you will be at the front-line of our exceptional team who ensure that our social housing customers are kept warm and comfortable throughout the year. Our Customer Care Team deliver inbound and outbound telephone support and assistance to our customers and, with the backup of our technical experts, help to solve their problems.
