Overview of Role:

As part of a heating maintenance team the post holder will be expected to provide a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service to domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties. You will be able to analyse, fault find and carry out repairs and services in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in diagnosing faults on domestic gas central heating systems.
  • Full driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience is Desirable but not Essential.

Overview of Role:

Required to carry out domestic tests and remedial works on behalf of the local authority providing housing and property maintenance services. You will be required to carry out programmed tests to occupied premises including any required repairs, in order to achieve satisfactory certification.

The role of electrician will be to undertake key duties in accordance with current IET Electrical Regulations to BS7671 and to ensure that all Health and Safety regulations as well as any TBG safety procedures in place are adhered to prior to commencement of any job or task.

Wet Room Installer

Salary: Up to £37,500 Per Annum Plus Incentivised Payment Scheme

Office Location: Ewell, covering Wandsworth

Overview of Role:

Responsible for carrying out the duties of an experienced Wet Room Installer in the field of Wet Room Installations and Adaptations within the Building Division of T Brown Group and to support the provision of contracted building services.
