T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team, based in Ewell.

  • £9.50 per Hour
  • Occasional Weekend Work
  • Shifted between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.
  • 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

  • Free DBS

What will you be doing?
As part of the Customer Service Team, our Customer Service Agents are expected to provide an exceptional experience on all inbound calls to the business.

The successful Customer Service Agent will be able to advise residents on works to being carried out, book appointments as necessary as well as pass on calls throughout the business and answer inbound enquiries.

What do you need?

  • Good level of spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Experience of High Volume, High Pressure Environments
  • Inbound call/service centre experience
  • Administration/Data inputting
  • Able to work alone and within a team.
  • Able to resolve problems quickly and smoothly.

What will you be doing?

As part of the Customer Service Team, our Level 2 Customer Service Agents are expected to provide an exceptional experience on all inbound and outbound calls to both client and tenant.

The successful Customer Service Agent will be able to advise residents of step-by-step progress on works, book appointments and provide both customer and clerical support, in turn ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of administrative operations.

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Experience of High Volume, High Pressure Environments
  • Inbound call/service centre experience
  • Administration/Data inputting
  • Able to work alone and within a team.
