Surveyor (Installations)

Overview of Role:

As part of a Quality Installations Team, our Installations Surveyors will be carrying out installation surveys on behalf of T Brown Group within our social housing contracts. You will ensure that the surveys are carried out to a high standard and in accordance with the social housing specification, Gas Safe and manufacturers regulations and our own company policies.

The successful Installations Surveyor candidate will be customer focused, with good leadership and communication skills, and carry out your work in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• ACS qualifications – minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1 & CPA1.
• DAH1, UHW, WRAS Desirable but not essential.
• Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training.
• Experience of working in a multi-sited company.
• Experience of High-Volume High-pressure environments.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Previous experience in similar role.
• Significant experience in a customer service type role, dealing directly with the public.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Full driving licence.
• Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks when required.
• Able to work alone and within a team.
