T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our Bids Team. This will be based primarily in our Leatherhead Head Office.

T Brown Group is looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Bid Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is evolving, therefore providing an opportunity for the individuals’ personal and professional development.
The individual will be required to be motivated, flexible, creative, highly organised, and able to work to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously. The individual should have the ability to collaborate as part of a team and work autonomously where required.
The Bid Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of all web portals, the design of all bid review documents and the updating of all opportunity trackers. Additional duties will include assisting with the implementation of our new CRM database whilst providing administrative support for our Business Development Manager.
The successful Bid Coordinator will have previous experience in a fast-paced office environment. You will have a proven background in Bids Coordination, be proficient in all Microsoft packages and have a proactive approach to the position.
