What will you be doing?

As part of a install team, the Commercial BMS Electrician will Install BMS panels, trunking and conduits and wire to sensors, booster set, valves, pressurisation units, boilers, heat pumps (both air source and ground source) and associated controls and equipment within the plant room. You will be able to carry out fault finding and repairs.

The successful Commercial BMS Electrician will be both contractor and customer facing , with good communication skills, and carry out your work in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation.

What do you need?

  • Electrical qualifications – minimum – C&G 2382 / 2330-01 level 2 & C&G 2382 / 2330-07 level 3Energy Efficiency knowledge and experience
  • Electrical qualifications – optional – C&G 2391 / 2393 / 2394/ 2395
  • Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training (training can be provided).
  • Certificate of Training Achievement for Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid (1-Day), or other.
  • Previous experience in diagnosing faults on commercial electrical systems.

What will you be doing?

As part of our heating maintenance team, our Domestic Gas Supervisor will be expected to support a team of repairs and/or maintenance operatives who provide services in domestic heating installations and appliances in client properties.

The successful Domestic Gas Supervisor will be able to assist and advise the area team on work progress, monitor the operative’s performance, and produce improvement plans where required, provide technical support, identify any training needs within the team. You will be customer focused, with good leadership and communication skills, and carry out your work in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation.

What do you need?

  • ACS qualifications – minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1
