T Brown Group has completed the acquisition of Xpert Energy Installations, a specialist energy installations business known for high‑quality delivery and a strong reputation within the sector.
Xpert Energy Installations will continue to operate as an independent business within T Brown Group, retaining its focus on delivering excellence for its customers.
The acquisition reflects a strong alignment on quality, technical excellence, and values, bringing together complementary expertise to support the continued development of both businesses.

As part of the transaction, Grant Richardson has been appointed Managing Director of Xpert Energy Installations. Grant will lead the business day‑to‑day and act as a key link between Xpert and the wider T Brown Group, ensuring continuity, strong communication, and a partnership‑led approach.
T Brown Group will work closely with Xpert Energy to share technical expertise and collaborate where it adds value, supporting the business as it continues to grow in partnership with its clients while preserving its specialist focus and the qualities that have driven its success.
