T Brown Group has a 30-year proven track record for providing high quality gas central heating services. The directors and our senior managers have a commitment to continually improve our standards of service and we are responding proactively to needs of our clients.
T Brown Group has achieved sustained organic growth over the last 10 years. The company has an established management structure that has been tailored to support the development of establishing new contracts. Successful creation of the structure needed to support new contracts is achieved through the use of a dedicated Implementation Team that consists of senior managers of the company who have experience in establishing contracts of this nature.
T Brown's Gas services include Installation to new build, refurbishment of existing systems and modernisation to Decent Homes Standards, together with Planned and Reactive Maintenance contracts.
Our services are backed by a robust IT solution, all operatives are utilising PDA devices for the recieveing orders, recording and reporting the actions they have completed. An integrated solution has been developed with several clients which allows the transfer of data from our operational database to the client's system. This also allows the transfer of the PDF copies of the Landlords Gas Safety Record to the clients system.
Contract Management & Supervisory Structure
The company has an established management structure that has been tailored to support the development of establishing new contracts. Successful creation of the structure needed to support new contracts is achieved through the use of a dedicated Implementation Team that consists of senior managers of the company who have experience in managing contracts of this nature.
The principal managers are all experienced in service and maintenance works and appropriately qualified i.e. gas installers/fitters or in the role they perform for the company. They have all worked for the company for more than five years and have successfully managed and supervised similar contracts.
Processes and Procedures
T Brown Group employs strict processes and procedures to ensure that the work meets the desired quality standards and adheres to the response times that have been specified.
Managers' and supervisor's responsibilities are to ensure that the company policies, procedures and working practices are complied with. These relate to contractual specifications, Health and Safety Regulations, Employment Law and the company’s Quality and Environmental Management System.
The ratios of supervisors to operatives will vary dependent on workloads and the requirements of the contract and specification and we will review all our contract activities to ensure that an appropriate ratio is maintained. We currently find that one area supervisor to one working supervisor and three operatives give us a good balance.

Call Receipt and Diagnosis
We operate a 24hr/365 days a year emergency call-out service to both public and private sector customers which is second to none. Operated via a bespoke computer system the features of which allow call logging, dispatching, service scheduling and priority management reporting with a capability to link to satellite or client offices, we are able to report on all aspects of our service at any time.
