T Brown Group was formed on the 1st April 1971 and has a proven track record in providing a full facilities service. Within the services we provide, we have substantial experience of providing installation, servicing and maintenance of gas central heating and hot water services. The directors and our senior managers have a commitment to continually improve our standards of service and we are responding proactively to the needs of our clients.

T Brown Group has achieved sustained organic growth through successful tendering over the last 10 years. With more than 100% growth in that period, T Brown Group has featured in the Surrey Mega Growth Awards and won the Oustanding Contribution to the industry award at the H&V Awards Ceremony. The company has an established management structure that has been tailored to support the development of establishing new contracts. Successful creation of the structure needed to support new contracts is achieved through the use of a dedicated Implementation Team that consists of senior managers of the company who have experience in establishing contracts.
T Brown Group has a strong management Structure and is very positive in supporting the development of individuals within ourorganisation as well as employing external expertise. Our processes of regular annual appraisals, one-to-one meetings between line mangers and their staff and team meetings enables the identification and provision of training necessary to help individuals develop their skills. Through this process T Brown Group have a number of strong and very committed individuals in supervisory and managerial position who have been promoted from within the company.
